How to use
To use as a heat pack: Warm in the microwave for 1 minute, then continue heating in 20-second intervals until your desired temperature is reached.
To use as a cold pack: Place the heat bag inside an airtight ziplock bag and store in the freezer until chilled.
Care instructions: After use, store your heat pack in a cool, dry place to help extend its lifespan..

Caution:
Do not heat the pack if it is damp or contains moisture — allow it to dry naturally before reheating.
Never leave the microwave unattended while heating..
