Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. 

Our products are handmade and are hygiene-sensitive, and once they leave our control we cannot guarantee their condition, safety, or quality. For this reason, all sales are final.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products. However in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the item is deemed faulty or damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for used, opened or tested products
  • We are unable to offer refunds for scent preference, as fragrance strength and perception can vary from person to person
  • sale items and clearance items are final
