Shipping Policy

All items are in stock unless otherwise stated and are dispatched from our Toowoomba Qld Studio.

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that during busy periods and promotional events, such as Christmas and Easter, processing times may increase to up to 10 business days.

Express Post refers to the shipping service only and does not affect processing times. Orders are prepared in the order they are received. If you require your order by a certain date, please contact us at sparkleandscents@hotmail.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to assist where possible.

Shipping

All orders are sent Australia-wide with tracked shipping from $10.00. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery after dispatch, as delays may occur.

For international orders please contact us for a shipping rate. We do ship internationally.
