In the unfortunate case that your product has arrived incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we are able to fix it up for you!

Change of Mind

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us via our Contact form here or by email at sparklesscentcandles@hotmail.com for a credit or refund within 48hrs of receiving your order. 

Instructions for Use

1.  Twist and remove the wooden lid and remove the plastic stoppers
   
2.  Attach wooden lid and tip upside down for 1-2 seconds, allowing the fragrance to absorb into the wooden lid.
   
3. Insert plastic stopper to avoid leakage.
   
4. Hang in your car or around your home/ office. 

Product Warning

Please remove from cars during hot weather periods (if outside temperature exceeds 30 degrees) or if the rear vision mirrors come into direct sun exposure as it can cause leakage. 

Please keep out of reach of children as this is not a toy. 
Please do not leave bottle lying on a surface, as this will occur leakage. 

By purchasing our car diffusers, you are agreeing to the above risks and agree Sparkle and Scent Candles will not be held accountable for improper usage or leakages once the product has been removed from its packaging.

How to use

• As a heat pack: heat in the microwave for 1 minute, then in 20 second intervals until the desired warmth is achieved.
• As a cold pack: Place bag in a zip lock bag and put in the freezer.

After use store your heat pack in a cool, dry place to preserve its lifespan.

Do not heat if there is moisture in the heat pack, let your heat pack dry naturally.
