Most standard orders dispatch within 3 business days. Custom orders will take up to 5 business days unless stated.

All orders are sent Australia-wide with tracked shipping from $10.00. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery after dispatch, as delays may occur.

At Sparkle & Scents, we want you to love every purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we’re happy to cancel it and provide a full refund.
If your order has already been shipped, it will need to be returned before a refund can be issued.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
