All our beads are made from high quality beads, ranging from silicone, wood and metal.
All our pieces are handmade, we do try our best to have each piece identical unfortunately some beads come with slight differences.
How to care for your keyring.
If your beaded product becomes dirty, you can clean them with baby wipes.
Key rings/ Claps may tarnish overtime as they are made from an iron-based product. Ensure your product is left in a cool, dry environment and out of the sun.
Your beaded product is not a toy, please keep away from children and animals.

All orders will be shipped with Australia Post.

Our current processing time for all orders is between 2-10 business days.
Shipping Cost
We have a flat rate shipping rate of $10.00 AUD and express shipping $14.95 AUD (For Australia Orders only) We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 automatically applied at checkout.
Parcel Protection can be added at checkout. If this is not selected at checkout, insurance will only be covered up to $100.

In the unfortunate case that your product has arrived incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we are able to fix it up for you!
Change of Mind
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us via our Contact form here or by email at sparklesscentcandles@hotmail.com for a credit or refund within 48hrs of receiving your order.
Please include name and your order details in the email.
Please Note:
- Refunds will incur a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase. Credit notes will be processed for the full cost of the item.
- Items must be returned in original condition including all packaging.
- Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent via trackable shipping.
Faulty/ Damaged Products
We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If you believe an item, you have purchased is faulty or damaged please reach out to us within 48hrs of receiving your purchase.
Any accidental damage or damage incurred after delivery is not covered by Sparkle and Scent Candles. Should you discover a fault or issue with your product, please contact us within 48hrs of delivery with photos of the damage via email. If the 48hrs has passed since receiving your order, we may not be able to assist with damaged goods.
