Filled with Australian grown ODOUR FREE Lupins! But what are Lupins? They're a type of legume grown by Australian Farmers. We use these instead of traditional wheat because they are ODOUR FREE!! So no more smelly heat bags and smelly microwaves!

How to use
♡ As a heat pack: heat in the microwave for 1 minute, then in 20 second intervals until the desired warmth is achieved.
♡ As a cold pack: Place bag in a air tight zip lock bag and put in the freezer.
♡ After use store your heat pack in a cool, dry place to preserve its lifespan.

Caution:
Do not heat if there is moisture in the heat pack, let your heat pack dry naturally. Do not leave microwave unattended when heating.
